I’ve experienced the frustration of feeling like a failure, the anguish of feeling diminished, and the profound self-hatred that often accompanies this struggle. Now, I want to shed light on a crucial insight that is frequently overlooked: your unwanted weight is deeply connected to unresolved trauma. For as long as I can remember I have felt a connection to Dragons, I have daydreamed of flying in a magickal kingdom surrounded by Dragon Ancestors and even as a child I can recall my not so  imaginary friend being a Dragon girl. I spoke with her in a language that wasn’t intelligible outside of our conversations, telepathy was also a way we could communicate.
I understand now that this dragon was an Ancestor who was closely watching over me as I developed and grew into who I am today, imparting wisdom that I wasn’t consciously aware of at the time.
As a grown woman seeking answers to my lineage I took a quantum leap into the realm of the ancestors to re-member the Dragon Warrior Queen that I am and to re-birth and embody the gifts of light language and transmutational fire…..

 I now share this journey I took in 2020 with you and As I anchored my energy into Mother Earth I knew that this was going to be some trip!
