What is Reiki
Reiki pronounced Ray-Key is a Japanese healing method of re-connecting to Universal Life-Force Energy, Reiki is transferred to oneself from source. However, we must remember that we are already fragments of source so therefore Reiki already exists within us.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things, everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen inner Ki.
When receiving Reiki from a practitioner one is temporarily awakened, our being remembers this magick and wonderful healing benefits can be achieved.
Attuning too and studying Reiki permanently restores and deepens this dormant connection, initiating and expanding higher consciousness, spiritual growth and the inter-connectedness of all forms of life. When appropriate, practitioners can go on the help others.
Reiki in its simplest meaning is a spiritually guided life force energy, wielded to help oneself and others to ascend and restore inner frequencies to the highest, often through the ‘laying of hands’ or hovering of hands’ over a person.
Reiki is a recognised complementary therapy which works well along side orthodox medicine and psychotherapy.
No religious beliefs are necessary to practice Reiki although it is a spiritual system, it is a very powerful form of healing which can be learnt and practiced by anyone.
Those giving and receiving Reiki experience unconditional love, deep peace, intense wellbeing and relaxation. Reiki restores balance within and when a being is in balance the ability to heal itself is activated.
It is a very safe form of healing and you cannot receive too much of it.

The Violet Flame
The Violet Flame is a gift and tool for all of us, and its essence is spiritual alchemy. Just like some alchemists sought to change lead metal into gold, spiritual alchemists were committed to transmuting density into divinity. Using the Violet Flame it was possible to achieve self-transformation – to raise the lower vibrational self to unite with the higher self.
The colour violet has long been associated with spiritual energy. It’s physically and emotionally healing and brings ease, harmony, and spiritual growth. Violet corresponds with the Crown Chakra our connection with the Divine and the infinite Source of love and peace. Violet has the highest frequency in the visible spectrum, and what’s beyond violet is invisible to the human eye.
